Horizontal development · Residential lots

Los Robles Residencial

The horizontal counterpart of the same system: a lot development in Bucerías, Riviera Nayarit, where buyers explore the masterplan, filter by block, area or category, and instantly get their financed quote — comparing all four payment schemes side by side.

The challenge

One phase, finite inventory in plain sight

In a horizontal development the product is the land, and no two lots are alike: area, position within the masterplan, whether it's a corner and its category all change. That makes the price a formula rather than a number, and turns "what does this lot cost over 48 months?" into a different answer every time. With a single phase on sale, inventory is also finite and visible: whoever takes too long loses the lot they wanted.

  • Every lot has its own area, position and category
  • Price per m² changes with the chosen payment scheme
  • Corner lots are priced differently
  • Buyers compare against other developments in the same area
  • A single phase: inventory runs out and has to be shown
The solution

The masterplan becomes navigable

The site plan as the interface, a filterable lot grid, and a calculator that compares all four schemes instantly.

  • Interactive masterplan with blocks marked over the official site plan
  • Lot grid with area, block, phase and category, plus an available-lots counter
  • Filtering and sorting by block, area or price, ascending and descending
  • A card per lot with a direct "see price and quote" action
  • Financing calculator: area + lot type (standard or corner) + term
  • A comparison of the 4 payment schemes with price per m², total, down payment, balance and monthly payment
  • A visual best-price marker to guide the decision
  • An explicit note that figures are informative and subject to availability
  • Amenities, location, aerial gallery and FAQ sections

FAQ

Questions about this project

How is it different from a vertical project?

A vertical project is represented over the building facade; a horizontal one over the site plan. Here inventory isn't condos by floor but lots by block and phase, and price is computed per square meter with a factor for the lot type. Same engine, different interface — the vertical version is Hacienda Aldama.

Why compare payment schemes instead of showing one price?

Because with land the price per square meter changes with the down payment: the more you pay up front, the cheaper the meter. Showing all four schemes side by side turns a negotiation into an informed decision, and the buyer reaches the agent already knowing which one suits them.

Are the calculator figures an offer?

No, and the system says so itself: they are informative figures computed with direct financing, subject to availability and to the developer's confirmation. A sales calculator has to be transparent about that — otherwise it creates expectations someone later has to walk back.
