We designed the site and built the booking engine for transfers from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) to anywhere in the bay: hotels, villas and Airbnbs. Travelers price their route, pick a vehicle and pay online through Stripe or the BBVA Bancomer gateway — all before they land.

The transfer is booked before takeoff
People flying into Puerto Vallarta decide their transfer days ahead, from another country and almost always on a phone. The rate isn't one fixed number: it changes with the destination zone, the vehicle, the number of passengers and whether the trip is one-way or round trip. The challenge was turning that table of variables into an on-screen price in seconds — and closing the payment right there, with no email back-and-forth and no waiting on a WhatsApp reply.

A site that sells the service and, underneath it, a booking engine where route, vehicle and date produce a price and a payment.

What is a transportation booking engine?
It's the system that turns a query ("airport to my hotel in Nuevo Vallarta, 4 people, round trip") into a price and a paid reservation. It isn't a contact form: it computes the fare from the business rules, shows the vehicles that fit that passenger count, and charges online.
Can it charge cards from other countries?
Yes. On this project we integrated Stripe for the international visitor — arriving with a US or Canadian card — plus the BBVA Bancomer gateway for domestic payments. Each market pays the way that feels natural to them.
Does it work for tours, hotel shuttles or vehicle rentals?
Yes. The pattern is the same: a catalog with pricing rules (zone, time, season, capacity), availability and online payment. We applied it to airport transfers; it adapts to tours, shuttles and any service sold by route or by seat.
